The Excel Barcode Add-in included in the KDBarcode Office support creating single bar codes and barcode lists or barcode tables fast and in high quality. Article lists or catalogues can be produced easily and quickly: All selected cells (e.g. all UPC numbers in an Excel column) are converted into the required barcodes with a single click. KDbarcode Office also support the advanced bar coding, the dynamically linking barcodes with the content of your spreadsheet. This advanced barcoding feature automatically change the content of the linked cell.
Over 70 Barcode Formats are supported by the Excel Barcode Add-in including linear and 2D barcode symbologies. All barcode parameters are adjustable like barcode types, module width (X dimension), check digit calculation, bar/space ratio, rotation, colors, fonts, alignment etc. Extra configuration dialogs with specific bar code options are provided for 2D barcode symbologies. How to print Bar codes into Microsoft Excel Documents

Steps to insert A Single bar codes into a Microsoft Excel document:
1.Switch to the Add-Ins.
2.Open the KDBarCode Panel.
3.Position the mouse cursor in a cell.
4.Select the barcode type (e.g. Code 128).
5.Enter the barcode data or use the default data for the selected barcode.
6.Adjust the size of the barcode (width, height, module width etc).
7.Click the button Insert Barcode.

Steps to Create a Barcode List
1.Open the Excel spreadsheet with the barcode data (e.g. a list with article numbers) or create your own list.
2.Open the KDBarCode Panel.
3.Mark the cells with the barcode data.
4.Select the barcode type (e.g. Code 128).
5.Click the button Insert Barcode.

Steps to Link Barcodes to Cell Contents
1.Open the Excel spreadsheet.
2.Open the KDBarCode Panel.
3.Select the barcode type (e.g. EAN 13).
4.Mark the required barcode with the mouse.
5.Click "Link to Cell".
6.Mark the required cell.
7.Whenever the cell content changes, the barcode is updated.



Configuration of Codabar Parameters
1.Right click on the bar code object and opens the property pages, which show all bar code parameters in a clear overview.
2.Adjust all parameters like bar code type, font characteristics, module width (X dimension), check digit calculation (and many more) easily.
3.For each 2D symbology (e.g. PDF417, Data Matrix, QRCode) there are extra configuration dialogs with specific bar code options.
4.The initial parameters of each bar code type ensure good bar-code readability by default.
