2. Once we receive your request, a refund is initiated immediately. Then, our support team will ask you to provide related information, like a copy of invoice, date of purchase, payer information, etc.
3. Then, we will refund within 14 days. Once get the money back, you need to uninstall the software and removed it from your computers. Also, please delete all backup copies.
