How to insert, create two-dimensional barcode into Microsoft Office Word
To create 2D barcode to Word documents, please install the Word 2D Barcode add-in first
- Download the correct edition of 2D barcode add-in for Office Word 2003, 2007, or 2010
- Extract installation files from the package and double click the setup file for installing
- Click the next button in the process of installation and click finish button finally
- The 2D barcode add-in has been installed successfully on your Office Word
To insert matrix barcodes in Microsoft Word 2003, please follow these steps:
- After install the 2D barcode add-in for MS Office Word 2003, restart your Word documents
- Switch to the Add-in tab and select the KDBarCode
- Choose the 2D barcode type that you are going to add from the barcode List
- Input the data that will be converted into 2D barcode in the data box
- A 2D bar code image will appear in your Microsoft Word document
- Right click the 2D barcode image, and the barcode property panel will be open
- Change the specific barcode properties as you need, or use the default value
