problems. It took time to place these statements in the application on the pages that needed them. Then, it took time to either comment them all out or remove them from the application altogether. This situation was also a problem whenever you needed to debug a live application. You couldn't write the information you needed directly to the screen because you wouldn't want your users to see that information. You could write them either to a text file or to a database, but this took away from the performance of the application. This type of tracing and debugging in classic ASP didn't do anything in terms of performance monitoring. It only allowed you to see the values of different items being passed around from page to page. ASP.NET has changed all that, and now you can easily use its built-in tracing abilities to trace all this information going back and forth.

(Fig. 3.3).31,33 The observed crystal structures are similar to that reported18 for K4Sn2Se6 with, however, a small volatile hydrazinium species replacing the relatively nonvolatile alkali metal cation. Note that the sulfur-to-selenium ratio can be tuned in the nal product by varying the amount of SnS2 and SnSe2 employed. Upon heating, decomposition of the precursor to the crystalline SnSe2 xSx semiconductor occurs through the pathway (neglecting any neutral hydrazine that may be in the structure, which would evolve rst at low temperature if present):

You may have read information elsewhere calling for more repower in Windows Server 2008. My assessment is based on various experiments, projects, pilot systems, and deployments. Every situation is different, and the only way to really know what you need to throw at a situation is to test.

Accredited test laboratories perform site attenuation measurements using reference noise generators and calibrated antennas. If used properly, site attenuation data should be accurate. One must compare the results of a particular site s attenuation data with those of other test sites to ascertain if a difference exists at only one frequency or across the entire spectrum. A system may be compliant at one laboratory but noncompliant at another. One disadvantage of relying on site attenuation lies in the types of fields used to calibrate the range. One does not use calibrated antennas for both electric and magnetic fields at all frequencies. The EUT will emit both fields. For this reason, a detailed setup and layout of the EUT, its software version, associated cables, and auxiliary equipment must be documented and provided in the test report. Moving a cable by even a small amount can cause significant differences in a radiated emissions or immunity measurement. Different ways of bundling long cables can affect emissions by more than 20 dB. Using a known good product ( golden system ) is one way to minimize test site errors and ensure continued conformity. This unit is then sealed so there is no possibility of being modified hardware, software, mechanical, or electrical. Extensive documentation (photographs or line art drawing) showing cable placement must be archived with the system. Some companies put a Warranty Void if Open sticker on all covers of the unit to ensure that no changes can be made. Careful handling of the unit must be performed every time the system is used to validate a test laboratory s site attenuation or to ensure accuracy of measured data for repeatability purposes. This golden system must remain archived for the life of the product, be it 10 months or 10 years. Some companies paint test cables a unique color to identify the need for archival purposes. Where the test method used is different from a standard test procedure, for example, measuring radiated emissions using closed-field probes or a current clamp instead of a spectrum analyzer, the golden system allows this alternative method to be improved until it gives a reasonable correlation with the accredited test results. With closed-field or current probes, there should be close correlation between the golden system and the device under test. The signature profile of the golden system becomes a master reference document for a particular type of measurement. When testing is performed on an infrequent basis, verification of the site should be performed before conformity testing. If the results correlate, the test facility is acceptable and certification of a new product can occur. If testing is performed on a daily basis, the golden system should be brought out at regular intervals to verify that site attenuation has not changed or that instrumentation has not been damaged, such as an antenna getting bent or a crack in the braid of the coaxial cable due to environmental issues, misuse, and handling. Use of a golden system will diminish with time, as newer technologies will have significant effects on the signature profile of a EUT, including a higher frequency range of emissions as well as changes in the shielding effectiveness of the unit s enclosure.
